WATER DAMAGE
There is a £10 diagnostics fee, this will cover the following:

- Tearing down the device
- Cleaning off the board and ensuring any corrosion has been removed
- Component test to see if there is any faulty components
- Basic board testing to see if there are any faulty board level components gone faulty

Customer is advised of any faults, and given a quote for the repair, and the customer can then make a no obligation decision to either go ahead with the repair, or simply take their device away with no further cost to the diagnostics fee.

If you drop your device in water. Simply turn off the device straight away, DO NOT attmept to switch on, or charge it. Electrcic and water does not mix, and doing any of the above while there is moisture inside the device wil damage the device further.
Have your phone looked at soon as you can, as any moisture inside, will start to corrode components. DO NOT put the device in rice, this does absolutley nothing apart from stopping any moisture to evaporate, those who swear by it, have luckily not had moisture hit the sensitive parts of the board, or the moisture has naturally evaporated giving the impression that the rice has worked.

If you have any silica packs, or anything that absorbs moisture indirectly, place the device in a container along with some silica packs or similiar, then have your device looked at as soon as you can. The steps above will help massivley to getting your device working again!
