DO YOU ONLY USE ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT PARTS?
Unfortunatley, Apple do not allow the use of their screens for 3rd party repair personell such as myself. However, Original parts (refurbished) can be obtianed, but the replacements commonly stocked (on iPhones) are high quality after market replacements which are sourced direct from the manufacturer.
True Tone is also transferrable to the new display, which is not possible on the cheap versions commonly used.
Other phone repairs like Samsung/Huawei etc, a choice is offered where possible, for Genuine, OEM, and budget parts.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO REPAIR MY ITEMS, AND WILL I LOSE TOUCH/FACE ID?
Most iPhone screen repairs are allocated for 1 hour, but are usually done well within this time frame. Other repairs can take longer so are usually allocated for approx 2 hours depending on how busy it is with other repars.

If the phones touch/face ID is working currently with a damaged device, then it will continue to work after the repair. The same applies for any other phone, your fingerprint recognition will still continue to be useable.
APPLE WATCH REPLACEMENTS
Repairing Apple watch screens is a very delicate process. So much so, that when you go to Apple, they will replace the full display, which usually costs the same, if not more than the device itself!
So we are able to perfom a screen refurbishment service which involves cutting the glass/touch layer off and rebonding a new piece of glass. But during this process there is a chance of the display breaking to the point where the watch is not useable. In this case, there is a no fix no fee.
